16 Approval of identification devices and marks
(1)
The Registrar may, by Gazette notice, approve identification devices or identification marks to be attached or applied to, or used on, livestock or things associated with livestock.
(2)
An approval by the Registrar may be in connection with the property identification system established under section 15 or for any other system of identification under this Act.
