75 Manufactured foodstuff
(1)
Manufactured foodstuff is food that has undergone a manufacturing process and is intended for consumption by livestock or other animals.
(2)
However, manufactured foodstuff does not include food consisting entirely of the following:
(a)
whole grains, whole seeds, hay, straw, chaff, milk products derived from milk of Australian origin, minerals, mineral supplements or vitamin supplements;
(b)
a combination of the foods or products mentioned in paragraph (a).
