85 No reference to previous valuation
(1)
A valuation body must not use a previous valuation of destroyed livestock or destroyed things as a reference or basis for any other valuation.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply in relation to destroyed livestock if the owner of the livestock agrees to the valuation body using a previous valuation in respect of destroyed livestock from the same property.
