40 Making of judgments and orders
(1)
All judgments given and orders made by the Court must be:
(a)
issued under the seal of the Court; and
(b)
signed by a Judge or registrar.
(2) A judgment or order does not need to be signed by the person or persons who constituted the Court when the judgment was given or order was made.
