55 Salary, allowances and benefits
(1)
A Judge is entitled to receive salary, allowances and other benefits as determined by the Remuneration Tribunal under section 7 of the Assembly Members and Statutory Officers (Remuneration and
Other Entitlements) Act 2006.
(2)
The salary, allowances and other benefits to which a Judge is entitled must not be altered to the Judge's detriment during the
Judge's term of office.
(3)
Salaries, allowances and other benefits payable under this section are to be paid from the Central Holding Authority, which is appropriated accordingly.
