68 Appointment of judicial registrars
(1) The Minister may appoint a person to be a judicial registrar of the Court.
(2)
A person is eligible to be appointed if the person:
(a)
is, or is qualified to be, admitted to the legal profession; and
(b)
is a public sector employee.
(3) A person ceases to be a judicial registrar if the person ceases to be eligible under subsection (2).
