10.01 Notice requiring particulars
(1)
A defendant may serve a notice on a plaintiff stating that the defendant requires further and better particulars of the plaintiff's claim.
(2)
A plaintiff may serve a notice on a defendant that the plaintiff requires further and better particulars of the defendant's defence.
(3)
A notice requiring further and better particulars is to specify the facts or matters alleged about which particulars are sought.
