Division 1Interpretation and purpose
14.02 Purpose of Part
The purpose of this Part is to enable:
(a)
a person who is being sued, or expects to be sued, in respect of property in dispute in which the person has no interest; or
(b)
a bailiff who has taken or intends to take property in dispute in execution of a warrant,
to apply to the Court for a determination of the claimants' rights in relation to that property.
