14.11 Order in several proceedings

(1)

If an applicant applies for an interpleader order and several of the proceedings are pending in the Court in respect of any of the property in dispute, the Court may make the order it considers necessary in relation to each proceeding.

(2)

An order made under subrule (1) is to identify the proceedings to which it relates and is to be placed on the Court file of each of the proceedings identified in the order.

(3)

A registrar must forward a copy of the order to all parties to the proceedings to which the order relates.
