20.05 No disclosure of offer to Court

(1)

A document filed in the Court is not to contain a statement that an offer of compromise has been made.

(2)

If an offer of compromise is not accepted, no communication with respect to the offer may be made to the Court at the hearing of the proceedings until after all questions of liability and the relief to be granted are determined.

(3)

Subrules (1) and (2) do not apply where an offer of compromise states that it is not a without prejudice offer.
