30.07 Application of Division
This Division applies in relation to a retail tenancy claim in respect of which:
(a) a certificate has been issued by the Commissioner under section 104 of the Business Tenancies (Fair Dealings) Act 2003; and
(b)
the Court has jurisdiction under section 105 of that Act.
