32.09 Costs on adjournment of mediation
If a party applies to adjourn a mediation conference without the consent of the other parties, and the conference is adjourned, the party must:
(a)
if the mediator is appointed under rule 32.07(2)(c) –
immediately pay the mediator's costs; and
(b)
pay the other parties' costs thrown away as a result of the adjournment.
