36.02 Further application
If an application under this Part is struck out because the applicant fails to appear at the time fixed for the hearing of the application, a further application for re-hearing is to be taken to be an application for leave to re-apply under section 20(5) of the
Local Court (Civil Procedure) Act 1989.
