42.02 Enforcement of order for payment of money
(1) An order for the payment of money to a person may be enforced by:
(a)
a warrant of seizure and sale issued under Part 44;
(b)
an attachment of earnings order made under Part 48;
(c)
an attachment of debts order made under Part 49;
(d)
an instalment order made under Part 50;
(e)
a charging order made under Part 51; or
(f)
the appointment of a receiver under Part 52.
(2) An order for the payment of money into the Court may be enforced by a sequestration order under Part 53.
