44.02 Application for warrant
(1)
A judgment creditor may apply to a registrar in accordance with rule 43.01 for the issue of a warrant of seizure and sale to enforce an order for the payment of money.
(2)
A warrant of seizure and sale is to be in accordance with
Form 44A.
