Part 45Warrant of delivery
45.01 Application for warrant
(1)
A person in whose favour the Court makes an order for:
(a)
the delivery of goods; or
(b)
the delivery of goods or recovery of their assessed value,
may apply to a registrar in accordance with rule 43.01 for the issue of a warrant of delivery to enforce the order.
(2)
A warrant of delivery is to be in accordance with Form 45A.
