5.13 Particulars of pleading
(1)
A pleading is to contain the necessary particulars of a fact or matter pleaded.
(2)
Without limiting subrule (1), particulars are to be given if they are necessary to enable the opposite party to plead, define the questions for hearing or avoid surprise at the hearing.
