4 Declaration of major cricket event
(1)
The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare any of the following events to be held in the Territory to be a major cricket event:
(a)
a cricket match;
(b)
a series of cricket matches;
(c)
a cricket tournament.
(2)
The declaration may be subject to the conditions the Minister considers appropriate.
