2 Unauthorised entry - section 8(1)(a) of the Act
A member of the public is not authorised to enter or be present in or on a part of a cricket venue that is a cricket ground.
A member of the public is not authorised to enter or be present in or on any other part of the cricket venue if it is indicated that entry into the part by members of the public is not permitted.
An indication that entry is not permitted referred to in subregulation (2) may be given in any manner, including any of the following:
by publishing an advertisement;
by distributing a pamphlet;
by a person giving a direction;
by a fence, chain or barrier around the part or across the entrance into the part;
by a sign erected in, or at or near an entrance into, the cricket venue.
