37 Definition
In this Part:
garbage means all kinds of victual, domestic and operational waste (other than fresh fish and parts of fish), generated during the normal operation of the ship and liable to be disposed of continuously or periodically, and includes plastics but does not include those substances that are defined or listed in
Annexes to MARPOL other than Annex V.
