51 Appointment of authorised officers
(1)
The Chief Executive Officer may appoint as an authorised officer a person who in the opinion of the Chief Executive Officer has the necessary experience or expertise.
(2)
An authorised officer may be appointed for a term specified in the instrument of appointment.
(3)
An authorised officer holds office on the conditions specified in the instrument of appointment.
(4)
An authorised officer may resign by signed notice of resignation given to the Chief Executive Officer.
