43 Inspector not to receive gifts of meat
(1)
An inspector shall not receive meat from a person who holds a licence or who is applying for a licence, unless the inspector:
(a)
has paid the retail price for the meat or the price at which the meat is usually sold to employees of the person; and
(b)
is issued with a receipt indicating the amount, type and price of the meat sold to him or her.
Maximum penalty: 170 penalty units.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply where the meat is received as part of a meal for immediate consumption by the inspector.
