51 Penalty for breach of prescribed licence conditions
The penalty payable for the purposes of this Part for an alleged offence against section 59 where the offender has breached a licence condition prescribed for the purposes of section 20 of the Act is the
Infringement Notice Penalty specified at the foot of the provision of these Regulations prescribing the condition.
