25 School accounts
(1)
Subject to this Part, the Board must open and maintain the account or accounts with an ADI or ADIs as it thinks fit.
(2)
There shall be paid to the credit of the account or accounts referred to in subsection (1) all moneys received by the School.
(3)
Subject to the terms of a trust, money in an account referred to in subsection (1) shall be applied by or with the authority of the
Board only for the purposes of the School.
