47 Refusal to give evidence or produce documents

A person who, without reasonable excuse, refuses or fails:

(a)

to attend before the Secretary or an authorized person; or

(b)

to take an oath; or

(c)

to answer a question or produce documents,

when so required under this Act or the Regulations, is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
