20 Payment of surplus to Territory
(1)
If the Minister is satisfied that the amount in the Fund is in excess of that required as adequate provision for conducting the MAC business, the Minister may direct the Commission to pay all or part of the excess to the Territory.
(2)
The Commission must pay the amount out of the Fund to the
Central Holding Authority by the date stated in the direction.
(3)
The Minister must table a copy of a direction given under subsection (1) in the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after giving the direction.
