25 Treasurer's Determinations
The Treasurer may make determinations not inconsistent with this
Act about any of the following:
prudential standards that:
must be applied by the Commission in relation to the MAC business; or
relate to the performance of the Commission's functions in relation to the MAC business;
monitoring and enforcement of those prudential standards (including the appointment of persons for those purposes);
standards about the governance of the Commission;
the prudential supervision fee under section 19.
In making a Determination, the Treasurer must consult with, and have regard to any comments made by, the Commission.
The Treasurer must, by notice in the Gazette, notify the making of a Determination.
A Determination must not commence before its notification under subsection (3).
A Determination may apply, adopt or incorporate any or all of the provisions of an instrument as in force or existing from time to time.
