4 Guides to the evaluation of permanent impairment
(1)
For section 4C(2)(a) of the Act, the American Medical
Association Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 6th
Edition is prescribed.
(2)
The Commission must ensure that a copy of the Guides is available for inspection (in the form of a physical copy or on computer) during ordinary business hours, at the Commission's office in Darwin.
