23 Size limits
(1)
Subject to regulation 33, a vehicle or a combination, and its load, is not to exceed a size limit set for the vehicle or combination in the Australian Vehicle Standards Rules.
(2)
The distance measured at right angles between the rear overhang line of a vehicle and the rear of any load it is carrying is not to exceed the rear overhang that the vehicle is allowed under the
Australian Vehicle Standards Rules.
