Mutual Recognition (Northern Territory) Act 1992

The Administrator may, by notice in the Gazette, at any time not earlier than the end of the period of 5 years commencing on the date of commencement of the Commonwealth Act, fix a date on which this Act shall expire, and this Act shall expire accordingly.

If some provisions of the Commonwealth Act commence before others, the reference in subsection (1) to the date of commencement of that Act shall be taken to be a reference to the date of commencement of the first to commence of the first-mentioned provisions.
