14 Obstruction of officers
(1)
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
the person obstructs another person; and
(b)
the other person is one of the following:
(i)
an officer;
(ii) an employee of a contractor or subcontractor of the Corporation; and
(c)
the other person is acting in an official capacity.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units
(2)
An offence against clause (1) is an offence of strict liability.
(3)
In this by-law:
acting in an official capacity, in relation to a person mentioned in clause (1)(b), means the person is exercising powers or performing functions under, or otherwise related to the administration of, these By‑laws.
