19 Removal, destruction or disposal of animal
(1)
The Corporation may cause the carcass of a dead animal that is found in a public place to be removed or disposed of.
(2)
The Corporation may, without notice to the owner of a dead, diseased or injured animal that is likely to be a danger to the safety of the public, cause the carcass or the animal to be removed or destroyed and disposed of.
(3)
Where the Corporation incurs expense in removing, destroying or disposing of an animal or a dead animal, the Corporation may recover the expense from the owner of the animal as a debt due and payable to the Corporation.
