Reviewable decisions

In force

For Part 18.1 of the Act, the following decisions are designated as reviewable:

(a)

a decision to destroy an animal under by-law 19C or 19G(1)(a) or

(2)

(a);

(b)

a decision to refuse to register or renew the registration of a dog under by-law 22B(2);

(c)

a decision to cancel the registration of a dangerous dog or impose additional conditions on the registration under by‑law 28C(3).
