The Board may appoint a planning committee consisting of such of its members and other persons as it thinks fit, to assist it in the preparation of plans of management.
The Board may appoint a committee or committees of its members to assist it in relation to the performance of such other of its functions as it thinks fit.
The Board may give such directions as it thinks fit about the procedure to be followed at, and in relation to, meetings of a planning committee appointed under subsection (1) or a committee appointed under subsection (2) and the committee shall comply with those directions.
