24 Actions not to be taken except in accordance with Act, lease or plan of management
Where no plan of management is in force, the Board and the
Commission may perform their respective functions in and in relation to the Park for the purposes of preserving, protecting and managing it.
While a plan of management is in force, the Board, the
Commission and the Corporation shall perform their functions and exercise their powers in and in relation to the Park in accordance with the plan of management.
A person having a right to carry on business or do work in the
Park by arrangement, agreement or contract with the Board or the
Commission shall carry on that business or do that work in such manner as not to contravene the plan of management.
