6 Establishment of national park
(1)
On the commencement of the lease the Park is, by force of this section, established as a national park for the benefit and enjoyment of all people.
(2)
The Park shall be used in such manner and on such conditions as are provided by or under the lease, this Act and, when a plan of management is in force, the plan of management.
