19D Fees and charges
(1)
A standard application is to be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(2)
If an application is classified as non-standard, the Authority may charge the applicant an amount, calculated in accordance with the Regulations, that represents the Authority's costs and expenses in respect of the determination of the application.
