Effect of Certificate

In force

Subject to the conditions, if any, of an Authority Certificate, a person to whom the Certificate was issued or a person who is a recorded party for the Certificate may:

(a)

enter and remain on that

part or those parts of land the subject of the Certificate on which, under the Certificate, work or a use proposed in the application for the Certificate may be carried out or made; and

(b)

do such things on the land as are reasonably necessary for carrying out that work or making that use of the land.
