In addition to the register and records referred to in section 51(1), all other property or interests held by the Authority under the repealed Acts for the purposes of those Acts immediately before the commencement of this

Act shall, on that commencement, become the property of the Authority and shall be applied by the Authority or exercised, as the case may be, for the purposes of this Act.
