Part 4Inscription, transmission and transfer of stock
20 Correction of register
(1)
The registrar may, on receipt of a request in writing and if satisfied that stock or the ownership of stock is incorrectly inscribed in the register, amend the register accordingly.
(2)
The registrar may require that a statutory declaration as to the circumstances of the incorrect inscription of the stock or ownership of stock be produced to him or her for the purposes of subregulation
