4 Registrar and staff
(1)
The Corporation is to appoint a registrar, interstate agents and other staff necessary for the proper conduct of the registry.
(2)
The registrar is to give instructions to, and may confer powers on, interstate agents, that are reasonably necessary for the proper maintenance of the register.
