If a medical practitioner considers that a deceased person was, at the time of his death, an infected person or suspect person, the medical practitioner shall notify a medical officer of that fact by the fastest practicable form of communication.
A medical officer may give such order as he thinks fit in relation to the disposal of the body of a deceased person who, at the time of his death, was an infected person or suspect person.
A person in charge of the body of a deceased person who, at the time of his death, was an infected person or suspect person shall comply with an order of a medical officer in relation to the treatment and disposal of that body.
