47 Notice of investigation
Before starting an investigation relating to administrative action taken by a public authority, the Ombudsman must give written notice of the
Ombudsman's intention to conduct the investigation to:
(a) the principal officer of the authority; and
(b) the responsible Minister; and
(c) if the investigation is conducted on a complaint – the complainant.
