5 Public authority
A
public authority is:
(a) an
Agency; or
(b) the
Police Force; or
(c) a
Government owned corporation; or
(d) a local government council; or
(e) another entity that is constituted or established for a public purpose by or under a law of the Territory; or
(f) an entity declared to be a public authority by another Act or prescribed by regulation.
