87 Application of Subdivision
(1) This
Subdivision applies if:
(a) under section 86, the Ombudsman decides to investigate a police complaint;
or
(b) a parliamentary reference is made for the investigation of conduct of a police officer.
(2) This
Subdivision also applies to the investigation of conduct of a police officer on the Ombudsman's own initiative.
