65 Liability of limited partners
(1)
Subject to sections 66 and 67, a limited partner in an incorporated limited partnership is not liable for the partnership's liabilities or the liabilities of a general partner in the partnership.
(2)
However, this section does not prevent the satisfaction of a liability of the partnership or general partner by:
(a)
a contribution of the limited partner; or
(b)
the enforcement of an obligation of the limited partner to make such a contribution.
