21 Returns in relation to material taken
The Minister may require a person licensed under section 84 of the
Act to give to the Minister a return, in such form and at such times as the Minister thinks fit which accurately indicates the amount of material taken from the land in respect of which the licensee is licensed, and the licensee must comply with the requirement.
Maximum penalty: 4 penalty units.
