117AB Prohibitory injunctions
(1) If a person engaged, is engaging or is proposing to engage in conduct constituting a contravention of this
Act, the Supreme Court may grant an injunction restraining the person from engaging in the conduct.
(2)
If the Supreme Court grants an injunction restraining a person from engaging in conduct and in the opinion of the Court it is desirable to do so, the Court may make an order requiring the person to do a specified act or thing.
