120 Definitions
In this Part:
amendment Act means the Petroleum Amendment and
Related Matters Act 2010.
commencement day means the day on which this section commences.
repealed, in relation to a provision mentioned in this
Part, means the provision of this Act as in force immediately before the commencement day.
