57AAE Insurance
(1)
It is a condition of a petroleum interest that the interest holder will maintain an insurance policy as required by the Minister during any period determined or directed by the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may, from time to time, require that an insurance policy under subsection (1) be varied or substituted.
